Easy Tuna Burgers

Tuna Burger

Tuna Burgers (makes 4)
2, 6 oz cans tuna fish, drained and flaked
1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
juice of half a lemon
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 egg
4 English muffins
4 leaves romaine
1 small tomato, sliced

Combine tuna, rice, green onion, parsley, lemon, sour cream, and egg
Mix well.
Form into 4 patties
Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees Farenheight
Serve the burgers on toasted English muffins with romaine and sliced tomato.
