Sundried Tomato Bread

Crispy on the outside, soft and warm on the inside, topped with tasty sun dried tomatoes and melted cheese.


4 slices bread, sourdough, medium slice

4 tablespoons sundried tomatoes, packed in oil, drained and finely chopped

1 1/2 cups cheese, mozzarella, low moisture and part skim milk


Preheat oven to broil. Place bread slices on a baking sheet. Spread each slice with sun-dried tomatoes. Top with mozzarella cheese. Place tray under broiler for 3 – 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve.


Per Serving About: 330 calories, 11 g fat, 5 g saturated fat, 19 g protein, 39 g carbohydrates, 2 g dietary fiber, 660 mg sodium
